Whoops! It looks like you have an account but you're not enrolled yet!
This probably happened when you tried enrolling, if you clicked away from the payment pop up window or if your card was declined for some reason when you tried to pay (this can happen often with banks that have extra fraud protection).
Good news is, it's an easy fix! Please read these instructions in their entirety, then follow the steps to enroll.
5. Click the pay button and you're good to go! You'll be able to log in to the Academy and view your courses now.
If your card is getting declined, it's likely because your bank has extra fraud protection and they are flagging this because it's an international purchase. Contact your bank and they'll allow the transaction to go through. Click the chat box in the bottom right corner of the screen if you have any questions or still can't enroll and we'll help!
